Who we are

This website is operated by Barrington Interiors Ltd ("Barrington Interiors", "we", "us" or "our"), providing premium bathroom and interior installation across Worthing and West Sussex. Registered in England & Wales, company number 16859107; registered office 24 Hollingbury Gardens, Worthing, BN14 0EF. The business was established in 2025.

Using this website

By accessing or using this website you accept these terms in full. If you do not accept them, please do not use the site.

The Barrington Interiors website is currently in a pre-launch (dormant) phase ahead of our planned opening in June 2027. While the site and its tools are available to preview, the business is not yet trading. Submitting your details or joining the 2027 waitlist does not create a contract for any works, and no booking, survey or installation is offered or guaranteed until the business is open and we confirm it to you directly.

Acceptable use

You agree to use this website lawfully and only for its intended purpose. In particular, you must not:

• use the site or its tools in any way that is unlawful, fraudulent or harmful, or that interferes with anyone else's use of it;
• attempt to gain unauthorised access to the site, its servers, the admin area or any connected system, or introduce malicious code;
• harvest content, place an unreasonable load on our infrastructure, or use automated systems to access the site without our consent;
• upload, submit or transmit anything that infringes another person's rights, is offensive or defamatory, or that you do not have the right to share.

We may suspend or withdraw access to the site, or to any individual tool, at any time and without notice where we reasonably consider it necessary.

Intellectual property

Unless stated otherwise, all content on this website — including the Barrington Interiors name and logo, text, photography, layout, design, graphics and software — is owned by or licensed to Barrington Interiors and is protected by copyright and other intellectual property rights.

You may view and print pages for your own personal, non-commercial use. You may not copy, reproduce, republish, distribute or exploit any part of the site for commercial purposes without our prior written permission. Project photography shown on this site depicts our own work or licensed imagery and must not be reused.

Our online tools

This website offers free tools to help you explore ideas before any work is discussed. They are provided "as is", for guidance only, and their outputs are indicative — not professional advice, not measurements you can build from, and not an offer of works.

3D Concept Generator

This tool uses artificial intelligence to produce a stylised visualisation from a photo you upload. The result is an indicative impression of a possible look only — it is not a design specification, not a promise of how a finished room will appear, and not a guaranteed outcome. Colours, materials, proportions and fittings shown may differ from what is achievable or supplied. You must only upload photographs that you own or have permission to use, and that do not contain other people, private information or any infringing content.

Any other estimating tools

Where we provide any other planning or estimating tool, its figures (such as sizes, quantities or rough budgets) are indicative only and do not allow for site conditions, wastage or out-of-square walls. A firm price and specification can only be given after a site survey and a written quotation issued by us — that is the only figure you should rely on.

Your data & privacy

We handle your personal data in line with the UK GDPR and the Data Protection Act 2018. Full details of what we collect, why, who we share it with and how long we keep it are in our Privacy Policy. In short: we only collect what we need to reply to you and, in time, to deliver your project; we only send marketing or waitlist emails with your consent, which you can withdraw at any time; and we never sell your data.

You have the right to access, correct or delete your data and to complain to the Information Commissioner's Office (ICO). We are registered with the ICO; our registration number will be shown here and in our Privacy Policy once issued. To exercise any right, email info@barringtoninteriors.co.uk.

Limitation of liability

While we take care to keep this website accurate and available, it is provided on an "as is" and "as available" basis. We do not warrant that the site or its tools will be uninterrupted, error-free, or fit for any particular purpose, and the outputs of the interactive tools are indicative only as described above.

To the fullest extent permitted by law, we will not be liable for any loss or damage — including any cost incurred by ordering, cutting or building from the indicative output of any tool — arising from your use of, or inability to use, this website. Nothing in these terms limits or excludes our liability for death or personal injury caused by negligence, for fraud, or for any other liability that cannot be excluded under law.
